RECORDS ONLY — NEVER IN THE MONEY PATH

FinanceCo is the U.S. receivables purchaser; the platform company runs operations only — final entity names pending counsel.

The platform never moves money. FinanceCo moves money exclusively as purchaser of the receivable: advance out, buyer collection in, reserve release out. FinanceCo never pays anyone other than the assignor exporter of record.

Payee is a hard block

Try to send the advance somewhere else.

Pick any destination. Only your own verified account, in your legal name, in your home country, will record.

Interactive impossibility — try to break it. The verified account is the only destination the record will accept.

No express lane

Perfection is the gate. There is no express lane.

All five must pass before money moves. Each one is written to protect you too.

RPA
A true-sale Receivables Purchase Agreement is signed before anything moves — your sale is documented, not assumed.
UCC search
A lien search confirms the receivable is unencumbered, so nothing you sell is claimed by someone else.
UCC-1 filed
FinanceCo perfects its interest on the public record — a clean, checkable chain of title.
NOA served
Your buyer is told in writing where to pay, which keeps payment from landing in the wrong place.
Buyer ack
The buyer acknowledges the notice, closing the loop before any advance is recorded.

Read this before you sign anything.

Who bears buyer non-payment

In the non-recourse product, FinanceCo bears buyer insolvency — if your buyer fails on a valid, undisputed invoice, that loss is FinanceCo's, not yours. Recourse events are a narrow, named set: dispute, dilution, fraud, and breach of warranty. Those are events you can influence — not a guarantee of buyer payment.

Disputes about your goods stay yours

A genuine dispute over what you shipped remains your risk, and any upheld chargeback follows the fixed waterfall: same-deal reserve first, then your other open reserves, then netting against future purchases.

FX timing on the reserve leg

When your reserve is released in INR, the rate can move between the advance date and the release date. That movement can raise or lower the rupee amount you finally realize.

What "indicative" means

Every figure shown before a written offer is an estimate based on the information provided — a band, not a point. It is not an approval, a commitment, or an offer. Only FinanceCo's written offer, after underwriting, states your actual terms.

What the platform is not

The platform is not a bank, a money transmitter, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a law, tax, or FEMA adviser. It runs operations and records only, and it never receives, holds, or forwards client funds.

Veltrix Global is an operations and technology platform for FinanceCo, a U.S. receivables purchaser. The platform is not a bank, money transmitter, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, CPA firm, or tax adviser, and it never receives, holds, controls, deducts from, or forwards client funds. Purchase, pricing, perfection, collection, and settlement are performed by FinanceCo as principal under a Receivables Purchase Agreement. FEMA, EDPMS, and tax obligations remain with the exporter and its AD bank.
